A video game that me and a group a friends were in progress in developing. My Role: In this beta, my role was to create the sprites of the characters and animating them. However, not all sprites were able to make it into the beta because of the lack of time and only two of my sprites were input in the game, the Rose Monster, and the small Iris monsters. Story: John Blackwood, a prisoneer (who's crime is unknown), is being transported in a space vessel when the ship suddenly malfunctions. Crashed on an Alien Planet. Rescued by Sollux, one of the planet's inhabitants - a humanoid plant creature, tells John that the planet has been infected with a mysterious disease and is slowly converting the inhabitants hostile towards the non-infected. Now it's up to John to save the planet from this mysterious virus to make up for his past mistakes.

The game is about a little Green Alien who's duty is to protect the universe from trash that floats around in space. There is multiplayer where two games you play against a friend (PVP) - Space Wars, and Survivors. Co-op there is only one game so far where you play with a friend and solve little puzzles and dodge obstacles. When one person loses all lives, they both lose. And then there is just the Arcade mode which is just Survivors but with only one person. I created all the sprites myself and animated them too. Creating new objects is very time consuming since I have to create different object, but have the same sprite image, to react to different situations, depending on the level I need it for. A story mode is in development. Here is the basic concept: An evil Purple Alien is slowly polluting the galaxy and blocking the beautiful stars on the Green Alien's home planet, Naetura. A planet filled with beautiful, and natural, wild life and forestry. Pure and free from pollution.

  • 3D Model of an Alien (in production)

Here is my Alien that will be in my upcoming first person shooter game. The concept of the creature is based off of sharks. Shark features can be seen on the fins on the arms and legs, and the gills on each side of its head. Instead of implementing eyes, I decided that it would look better wearing visors. Since they are more aquatic, my design will continue with two tanks filled with water that are pumped through the front of the body armor through tubes, since the alien can only live for 3hrs without water. The leggings are still in developement.

This is my first First Person Shooter Game (FPS) being developed using Unity. Here is the first level the main character discovers a military bunker. Inside the bunker is blacked out/ the lights are dead. As the character explores the bunker you'll notice that there is some light shining down the hallway from a lamp and computer monitor. Behind the computer desk is an adjoining hallway a gun hovers with a particle effect around it. The item there to be collected and added to the character's arsenal. Still working on the gun function, but my goal is that the gun is an Ice gun; it will shoot icicles at enemies. More details will be provided in time. At one point in the video demo you'll notice a small light shining on the wall, my character has a flashlight and just wanted to point that out.

All 3D models used were created in Blender. The flashlight was programmed with C#, by pressing the spacebar activates and deactivates the flashlight.

The story line for this action game (still being thoughtout) is about a decietful alien race that tricks Earth into believing they are friendly. But after two years, they attack without warning and quickly take over the planet. Yet for some reason after their conquest, they still allowed humans to live and inhabbit some lands - however most are unattractive, dirty, and terrible living conditions. And on occasion, the aliens will come and take three children from each inhabbitants.

This game was developed at DePaul University's Summer Gaming Academy. I was paired with 3 other students and within a weeks time we were to create a full functioning game.

We created a one level game and assigned our team with 2 animators, one level designer and one programmer. I was the programmer using C# and created how fast the player walks, how far he shoots, how much health he has, etc. I also covered for our level designer when he was out sick so the project could be completed on time. As you watch the video demo I took over, as the level designer, after the first jump. I created textures for the whole game, except for characters. I created the partical effects of the vampires when they turn to dust.

It's a fun little game where you shoot these vampires with holy water and because for some reason you have a midnight craving, you fight your way through the swarms of vampires to get to the delicious Count Chocula cereal. All done at the DePaul summer course.

Math Path is an elementary educations math game that was submitted to the Student Technology Leadership Program state competition for "Interactive Media" and "Computer Science". I won second place in Interactive Media with this game.

This is also the remake of the original. Graphics and a few additional features make this a major difference. The first game had the question on the top of the screen - used as a background. But in this version, there is a button in the bottom left hand corner that gives the question when clicked on. It will even pause the surroundings so you can think about the answer without worrying about getting hit.

All sprites in this game were created by me; none of the sprites were imported or copied from anything.
